Lokit Phulwani: I ensure to make the most of my downtime

To manage his personal time while doing a daily soap, Lokit Phulwani, who is currently seen in Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD’s Rabb Se Hai Dua, believes in planning and prioritizing. He said, “I ensure to make the most of my downtime by engaging in activities that recharge me, whether it’s spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or simply relaxing.”

“Setting boundaries and communicating effectively with work colleagues helps maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life,” he added.

When asked about night shoots, he confessed that it can be challenging, and added, “But I approach them with professionalism and adaptability. I prioritize self-care by ensuring I get enough rest before and after the shoot, stay hydrated, and take short breaks to recharge during filming.”

He further said that though it can be tiring, he focuses on the excitement of the project and the camaraderie with his colleagues. He added, “However, if prolonged, night shoots can indeed affect mental health, so it’s crucial to maintain a balance.”

Lokit also pointed out that sustaining the daily grind of a soap, especially in the summer heat, requires a combination of physical endurance and mental resilience. He further said, “I prioritize my health by staying hydrated, eating nutritious meals, and getting enough rest. Regular exercise helps me stay physically fit and energized. Additionally, maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on the rewarding aspects of my work keeps me motivated during challenging times.”
