5FWorld Launches "Shakti 2047" to Bridge the AI Leadership Gap for Women

5FWorld recently announced the launch of Shakti 2047, a visionary Future Leaders Programme founded by renowned industry veterans Dr. Ganesh Natarajan and Dr. Uma Ganesh. Designed to align with India’s ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ mission, the initiative focuses on increasing women’s workforce participation by transforming students into ‘AI-Ready Leaders’.

In a strategic move to drive this mission forward, Dr Shabnam Asthana has been appointed as the Director of Shakti 2047 (5FWorld). Dr Asthana will oversee the program’s three-level curriculum, which blends technical mastery in Generative AI and prompt engineering with human-centric leadership skills like EQ and vision.

The announcement coincides with International Women’s Day, during which Dr Ganesh Natarajan emphasized the importance of diverse leadership and commented, “Always good to celebrate Women’s Day by inducting a new leader in our group.“

With Dr Shabnam Asthana leading Shakti 2047 it will strive to build a collaborative ecosystem that empowers the next generation of women to lead in the AI era.

Shakti 2047 offers students a comprehensive journey including, Practical AI Training, Industry Integration: through mentorship and internships and Accessible Excellence.

The program also invites educational heads to join its Advisory Board, providing a platform for academic leaders to shape the future of women’s leadership in India.
