Revered Dada Vaswani’s 6th Punyatithi will be observed on July 12-13 at Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Pune and its centres worldwide. Revered as a saint and humanitarian, Dada Vaswani’s teachings of love and compassion continue to inspire millions worldwide.
In Pune, the occasion will be observed with a morning procession, midnight kirtan, satsangs, talks and sevas, highlighting his profound legacy. Devotees are expected to come from all over the world.
On July 12, Prabhat Pheri, an early morning procession will be held from 5.30am to 6.30am. Devotees will sing devotional songs along the streets of Pune Camp, led by Didi Krishna, Head of Sadhu Vaswani Mission. Sevas will be conducted at various locations. Afternoon & evening satsangs will feature recorded talks of Sadhu Vaswani and Dada J.P. Vaswani. At the end of the day, Midnight Kirtan from 10.30 pm to 12 Midnight will take place.
On July 13, the afternoon satsang will feature a live talk by Didi Krishna. Langar (fellowship meal) will be served to everyone. The Punyatithi will conclude with an evening satsang from 6.30pmto 80’ featuring Dada JP Vaswani’s teachings.
Major sessions of the Punyatithi will be broadcast live on the Sadhu Vaswani Mission’s official YouTube channel. All programs are open to the public.
Dada JP Vaswani was one of India’s prominent saints under whose inspiration many schools, colleges and hospitals were built along with many service programs for the poorest of the poor. He was also a distinguished scientist, philosopher, author and educationist. Didi Krishna expresses, “Dada’s love was unique yet universal, spreading the fragrance of love wherever he went. His life was dedicated to giving endlessly, teaching us that to live is to give.”
