A Grand Reunion of ‘Sade Made Teen’ After 19 Years

In Marathi cinema, there are certain films that transcend time and continue to live in the hearts of audiences even years later. Released 19 years ago, Sade Made Teen is one such film. Its simple story, innocent humour, and most importantly, the much-loved Kurale Brothers made it unforgettable. Even today, the film remains fresh in memory—and now, after nearly two decades, audiences are set to experience that magic once again.

Punha Ekda Sade Made Teen is all set to release on 30 January. Ahead of its release, a grand reunion celebration was recently held, instantly transporting everyone back in time. The event saw the presence of Sachit Patil along with the entire team of Punha Ekda Sade Made Teen. As the cast took to the stage, it felt as though time had turned back. Seeing the Kurale Brothers reunited created an atmosphere of sheer excitement and nostalgia. The BTS footage of the film’s promotional song was also unveiled during the event.

The gathering was far from a formal affair—it was filled with fun, laughter, and delightful anecdotes. Humorous incidents from the shooting days, behind-the-scenes moments, and cherished memories from the sets came alive once again. At several points, the actors themselves grew nostalgic as they shared experiences and relived the warmth of those bygone days.

Meanwhile, Rinku Rajguru’s entry into the sequel has become one of the most talked-about aspects of the film. Known for her powerful performances, Rinku now steps into the world of the Kurale Brothers. What new chaos will she bring? What twists will her character add to the story? These questions will be answered once the film releases. One thing, however, is certain—her presence is set to double the film’s entertainment quotient.

Audiences who grew up watching Sade Made Teen are already brimming with excitement about the sequel. For many, the film is deeply connected to their college days and youthful memories.
