The star of the show is Chef Sandeep’s tapas-style menu! The lip-smacking selections are a deep dive into the vibrant culinary traditions of Kerala’s toddy shops, boasting bold and authentic flavours that will leave you craving for more. Feast your senses on the Crispy Tapioca Fry and the Fiery Chicken Kanthari, guaranteed to ignite your taste buds from the very first bite. As for the mains, prepare to be wowed by the hearty Kappa Puzhukku and the flavorful Fish Nadan Curry, perfectly complemented by traditional breads such as Porotta and Pathiri.
