Actor Aadesh Chaudhary, known for his memorable roles in Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Sasural Simar Ka, and Diya Aur Baati Hum, has not only earned recognition for his versatility on television but is also steadily expanding into digital platforms with projects like Mangal Dev on Hari Om App and Chitta Ve. He was also part of the short film Bhram. But beyond his acting journey, Aadesh is someone who finds true joy in traveling. For him, holidays are not just breaks but an essential reset button for the mind and soul. “A good holiday is extremely important for me because it refreshes the mind and gives you a new perspective. Travelling allows you to pause, breathe, and enjoy life beyond the daily routine,” he says.
Reflecting on his past holidays, Aadesh admits that it has been a while since he took a long break due to his busy schedule, but whenever he manages time, he gravitates toward destinations that bring him peace. “I love exploring hill stations in India. There’s something very grounding about being surrounded by mountains and nature. Among international places, Europe has always fascinated me — the architecture, the culture, and the way every city has its own unique character,” he shares. He also emphasizes that while everyone understands the value of traveling, it’s not always easy to prioritize it. “Travelling is important for everyone, but unfortunately, not everyone can manage it because of personal and professional commitments. Even then, I feel short getaways, maybe just two or three days, can do wonders for one’s mental health. It helps you come back with fresh energy,”* he explains. Aadesh has also enjoyed the thrill of solo travel. “Yes, I have gone on solo trips, and they are liberating. You end up spending time with yourself, making your own decisions, and discovering what you truly like. You learn so much about your own personality when you are on your own in a new place,” he reflects.
Like any passionate traveler, Aadesh has a set of essentials he never forgets. “Three things I always carry are my phone, a good pair of headphones, and comfortable shoes. For me, music and comfort go hand in hand while traveling,” he laughs. And when it comes to his dream destination, his choice is clear. “I would love to visit Switzerland. Its natural beauty, peace, and landscapes are something I’ve always admired. I feel it would be the perfect place to disconnect from chaos and just enjoy serenity. Sometimes, I imagine myself just walking through those scenic valleys and feeling completely recharged,” he says with a smile. Balancing a thriving career and a passion for exploring the world, Aadesh Chaudhary believes travel is not a luxury but a necessity for growth, peace, and inspiration.
