Aarti Bhagat, who is seen as Manjiri in Jamai No. 1, which is produced by Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah under their banner Studio LSD, believes that the show’s new twists and turns will keep the audience more engaged this year. She said, “I think 2025 is going to be an exciting year for Jamai No. 1.”
“The storyline will get even more engaging, with unexpected twists and deeper relationships being explored. I’m sure the show will only grow stronger and connect with even more viewers,” she added.
She pointed out that every character should go through ups and downs in a show to make it more relatable. She said, “A character’s journey has to feel real, and that means showing their struggles as well as their happy moments.”
She also mentioned that her character has a lot in store, and the audience can expect some surprises. She said, “Without giving away too much, I can say her character will face some tough situations where she has to step up for her family in ways she’s never done before. There are also a few surprising twists that will reveal a new side of her personality.”
With daily soaps shooting back-to-back, personal time takes a back seat, and Aarti shared that balancing personal and professional life can be a challenge. She added, “I believe in making the most of whatever time I get. Even small moments with family and friends mean a lot. It’s hard, but the love for what I do keeps me motivated. Plus, working hard gives me a sense of accomplishment and positivity for the year ahead.”
Though she feels that the lack of personal time can sometimes affect an actor’s professional life as well, she stressed that it’s all about finding that balance. “While personal time is important to recharge, the nature of our work means we have to give a lot to our profession,” she said.
For Aarti, 2025 is all about growth. “I want to work on my craft even more. I’m also interested in improving my language skills and expressions. As an actor, there’s always room to learn, and I’m excited to take on new challenges this year,” she shared.
