Ajinkya Jadhav, who is creating AI-generated content under his banner Paparazzi Entertainment, is happy with the response to the teaser of his upcoming film Peekaboo, which is India’s first AI-powered horror film. The teaser starts with a graveyard shot with “A game was left unfinished” written on it; next, we see a girl wearing a school uniform jumping out of a grave. The 28-second teaser is sure to send chills down your spine.
Talking about the film, he said, “Peekaboo is an emotional supernatural horror thriller—but it’s much more than just scares. At its core, it’s about a mother and a child who come looking for peace and a fresh start but instead stumble into a nightmare buried deep within a secluded boarding school. What begins as an innocent childhood game slowly turns into something terrifying, as the past comes back with a vengeance.”
He revealed that it talks about guilt, hidden sins, and unfinished business. He said, “It asks a very simple but disturbing question — what happens when you walk away from your responsibilities, thinking time will erase everything? In Peekaboo, once the game restarts, there is no escape.”
He further shared that the response to the teaser is a validation that content with conviction always works. He added, “Whether it’s AI-driven, supernatural, or rooted in emotion. This phase feels like the beginning of something special for Paparazzi Entertainment.”
Ajinkya, along with his team at Paparazzi Entertainment, is also working on Sunny Leone’s AI film Kaur vs Kaur. He said, “When we started Kaur vs Kaur with Sunny Leone, the idea was very clear—to do something hatke, fearless, and future-facing, without losing the soul of mainstream cinema. Sunny has been fantastic, and the kind of curiosity and buzz around the film shows that audiences are ready for new kinds of stories.”
What’s next for Paparazzi Entertainment? “Paparazzi Entertainment is being built as a future-ready, multi-format content studio. Alongside feature films like Kaur vs Kore, Manikandan: The Last Avatar, Peekaboo, Dragon of Varanasi, and other upcoming projects, we are actively developing vertical shows, horizontal series, music content, and AI-driven advertisements under our banner. Our focus is to create scalable IPs that can travel across platforms and geographies, while continuing to experiment with AI as a creative collaborator,” he said.
“Looking ahead to 2026, we have a strong slate of films and series lined up, and our goal is simple: to tell original, culturally rooted stories using new-age technology and to position Paparazzi Entertainment Company as a global name in innovative entertainment,” Ajinkya ended.
