Producer Anand Pandit, who is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd, has recently moved into his newly renovated residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The capacious new residence, rebuilt by Pandit’s Lotus Developers, also houses his private office and spans over sixteen floors.
Pandit, who moved into the new residence, also hosted a gathering on December 21, which marked his birthday. His earlier birthday bashes are still remembered for the glittering line-up of stars and producers he had hosted, but this 62nd celebration was more private and limited to family members, close friends, industry colleagues, and select personalities.
Among those present at the gathering were Ajay Devgn, Rajkummar Rao, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Tusshar Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Jeetendra, Ahan Shetty, Padmini Kolhapure, Riteish Deshmukh, Rakesh Roshan, Boney Kapoor, Sajid Nadiadwala, Richa Chadha, and Salim Merchant, among others.
