In the latest episode of Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi’s Anupamaa, emotions run high as Anupama faces accusations from her own family. The episode opens with Anupama confronting Prem after he claims she is jealous of him. Deeply hurt, Anupama questions how a mother could ever feel jealous of her own child. Prem, however, accuses her of only giving lectures and declares that this time he will defeat her. While Anil tries to calm the situation, Meeta openly supports Prem, leading to further arguments within the family.
Khyati steps in to defend Anupama and warns Rahi and Prem against calling her “mother” if they are only going to misunderstand her one day. The atmosphere turns more bitter when Meeta blames Anupama for bringing chaos wherever she goes, while Rahi labels her an attention seeker who always depends on a man for support. Ansh strongly objects to Rahi’s disrespectful remarks, and Mahi reminds everyone of Anupama’s sacrifices.
The confrontation intensifies when Rahi questions Anupama’s relationship with Digvijay and compares her unfavourably to Shruti, saying Shruti cared more for her happiness. Digvijay defends his friendship with Anupama, but Rahi goes a step further and asks whether Anupama has replaced Anuj with Digvijay. Unable to tolerate the accusation, Anupama slaps Rahi and reminds her of the strength of her bond with Anuj.
A furious and emotional Anupama later tells Rahi that she will only understand a mother’s pain and strength after becoming a mother herself. She explains that both she and Digvijay are connected through the grief and struggles they have faced. Anupama also points out Rahi’s hypocrisy, saying she has no issue with Prem and Prerna’s friendship but questions her friendship with Digvijay.
As tensions continue, Prem decides to take Rahi away, but Rahi vows never to forget the slap. Digvijay predicts that one day Rahi will regret failing to value Anupama’s love. Later, Leela warns that society will also question Anupama and Digvijay’s bond, but Anupama refuses to bow down to societal pressure. Determined to live life on her own terms, she vows to fulfill Saavi and Anuj’s dream, while Hasmuk, Ansh, Mahi, Kinjal, and Ishani stand firmly by her side.
