Rakshit tries to calm the situation and asks Sudha to discuss everything the next day. Watching the confrontation from a distance, Ira begins to suspect that Sudha could become a major obstacle in Rakshit and Aparajita’s growing bond.
Later, Aparajita makes a surprising decision that leaves Rakshit overwhelmed. She informs him that she has decided not to resign from her job after all. She explains that after staying away from him, she realised how much his support means to her. According to Aparajita, Rakshit has become a source of strength in her life and the reason she has managed to overcome many of her struggles. Hearing this fills Rakshit with happiness as he had feared losing her forever. The emotional moment is abruptly interrupted when Rakshit imagines Aparajita being hit by a speeding car. The shocking accident turns out to be nothing more than a terrifying nightmare, reflecting his deep fear of losing her.
Back at home, Malti complains to Ramgopal that Aparajita has not returned and accuses her of abandoning the family. Ramgopal, however, refuses to entertain her accusations. He reminds Malti that she herself had thrown Aparajita out of the house and therefore has no right to question her decisions now. Panic spreads through the family as Ramgopal informs everyone about her disappearance. Even Malti, despite her earlier anger, becomes deeply concerned for Aparajita’s safety. Aradhya suggests that Aparajita may have gone to Rakshit, prompting Ramgopal to contact him immediately.
At the office, Rakshit is shocked to discover that Aparajita has not reported for work either. Ira notices his concern and wonders how Aparajita could possibly come to the office after everything that happened the previous day. Rakshit recalls their emotional conversation in which he persuaded Aparajita not to resign and remembers her promising that she would think about it. Her unexplained absence now begins to worry him.
In an interesting twist, Ramgopal and Rakshit try calling each other at the exact same moment. Realising that something is seriously wrong, Rakshit rushes to Aparajita’s house in search of answers. There, Malti desperately asks him if he knows where Aparajita is. Unfortunately, Rakshit is just as clueless, confirming that no one knows her whereabouts.
The episode ends on a gripping cliffhanger as Aparajita’s mysterious disappearance throws everyone into chaos. While her loved ones desperately search for her, the suspicion grows that Lalit may have orchestrated her disappearance.
