Chef Javier Rodriguez, a gourmet specialist from Argentina introduced a new era in the culinary scene with his restaurant El Papagayo in Cordóba, which ranked #82 in the World’s Best Restaurants (Latin America) in 2023. Argentinean cuisine is renowned for its rich and diverse flavors, influenced by European and Indigenous cultures. It is famous for its grilled meats, empanadas, chimichurri sauce, and desserts. With his unique approach and creativity, Aromas of Argentina is a gastronomic journey that will take guests on an immersive dining adventure.
This dining flair promises to bring together the best Argentinian and international flavors, showcasing Chef Rodriguez’s remarkable vision and expertise in an exquisite seven-course curated dinner expertly paired with wines from Argentina and the around the world by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal.

Javier Rodriguez is an Argentinean-born chef. From a very young age, he had the opportunity to travel, learning the craft of cooking in renowned restaurants across Asia and Europe. In 2015 he decided to go back to Argentina to open El Papagayo, a restaurant that came to change the food scene in Cordoba through its refined food, service and singular design.
