Asha Gautam, hosted Sasmrti -Responsible Luxury Roundtable 2025 at its flagship studio in New Delhi. The event, co-hosted by Gautam Gupta, Creative Director of Asha Gautam, and entrepreneur Shweta Thakur Nanda, brought together pioneering voices from fashion, sustainability, government, beauty and wellness, and academia to deliberate, and work together around the evolving landscape of responsible luxury.
As the dialogue around sustainability deepens, this roundtable explored how luxury brands can balance opulence with ethical practices, environmental consciousness, and mindful craftsmanship — without compromising on exclusivity and creativity. As climate change stares at each of us, environmental consciousness and responsible actions by people and businesses can help both the ecology and the economy.
