A man in the police station files a complaint against an astrologer, accusing him of causing distress with false predictions. Happu calls in the astrologer for questioning, who impresses Happu with his words and manipulates him by saying he has the potential to become an ACP in the future, but for that, he must separate from his wife.
Happu tells Rajesh about this, causing chaos at home, and Rajesh decides to move to Beni’s house. As Rajesh leaves, Happu’s troubles increase: he doesn’t like Amma’s cooking, a dangerous prisoner escapes under his supervision, and he gets suspended for pushing a traffic police officer.
Meanwhile, Rajesh’s luck shines after leaving Happu: her cooking videos go viral, and renowned chef Ranjeev Kapoor offers her a position on his team. Eventually, the commissioner arrests the astrologer for carrying an unlicensed gun. Happu interrogates him, questioning how he didn’t foresee someone putting a gun in his possession.
The astrologer confesses to being a fraud. Amma slaps Happu and insists Rajesh is her daughter-in-law and belongs at their home. When Rajesh hesitates, Amma assures her they’ll face everything together. Rajesh is brought back home, and Happu apologizes to her, asking for forgiveness. Rajesh forgives him, and in the end, the whole family celebrates Mother’s Day.
