Ishika Shahi’s Jabb Zodiacs Met, which has been produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Production, revolves around the 12 zodiac signs and deals with relationships and compatibility. The series is streaming on DKP’s official YouTube channel and features Chaitrali Gupte in one of the 12 episodes. She shared that she is a firm believer in destiny and cosmic connections.
She said, “I feel that whatever is written by the universe is what eventually happens. The universe brings people together and creates connections. What is written in your fate cannot be taken away from you—it reaches you somehow. I am a true believer in destiny.” She also mentioned that working on the show taught her that trust and respect are very important in relationships.
She said, “You have to trust each other and respect each other, no matter what. That is the foundation of every relationship—whether it’s husband and wife, parents and children, siblings, or any bond.”
“Love, respect, and giving space to one another are essential. That understanding stayed with me after doing this series,” she added. If the stars could guide her next role, Chaitrali would want to play something relatable.
She said, “Something the audience genuinely wants to watch. I would love to play a protagonist again. And very importantly, I want to explore the comedy genre.”
“I love comedy. I have done comedy earlier in my career, and I would love to do it again,” she added. She is all praise for Ishika and recalls the time when she would visit the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai set.
She said, “Back then, Ishika was very shy and quiet, always sitting in a corner and observing all of us perform. When I met her again on the sets of Jabb Zodiacs Met, I was completely stunned. She has evolved tremendously—as a human being and as a woman.” “As a creator, she is very focused, dedicated, and clear about her vision. She knows exactly what she wants. If something isn’t coming out right, she communicates it very politely, just like Rajan Sir does. Working with her and her team was a wonderful experience. Her team is young, energetic, and extremely enthusiastic. Today’s youngsters are very talented, focused, and clear about their priorities. That young energy reflects strongly in the show. I was truly happy working with Ishika, and overall it was a great experience,” Chaitrali added.
