Mumbai witnessed an exquisite fashion moment as Dr Tvacha presented Manali Jagtap’s Festive Resort Wear Collection at Global India Couture Week. The showcase brought together an unexpected harmony of contrasts, where stripes conversed with florals, and bold structures were softened by fluid romance.
The highlight of the showcase came with Daisy Shah gracing the runway as showstopper.
The palette moved seamlessly between the depth of maroon and green, the delicacy of pink and ivory, and the timeless strength of black, creating a visual rhythm that was both grounded and expressive.

Conceived as resort wear with a festive spirit, the collection was designed for effortless transitions, from the ease of a coastal escape to the vibrance of seasonal gatherings. The ensembles carried lightness without fragility and richness without the weight of bridal excess. Each silhouette reflected versatility and movement, celebrating a modern expression of festivity that was refined, confident, and quietly indulgent.
Speaking about her showcase, designer Manali Jagtap said ”This collection was my way of reimagining festivity through freedom and fluidity. I wanted to create pieces that women could carry from an intimate celebration to a seaside retreat, with the same ease and elegance. For me, it was about finding balance, strength and softness, tradition and modernity, joy and quiet indulgence.”
