The new poster of the film Mylek delving into the tender relationship between a mother and daughter, has been unveiled, along with the announcement of the film’s release date. Audiences can mark their calendars for April 19, when the heartwarming story will hit the screens. Presented by Blooming Lotus Productions, the film is directed by Priyanka Tanwar, marking a poignant comeback for actress Sonali Kharé, who stars alongside Sanayaah Anand, Umesh Kamat, Vijay Anand, Shubhangi Latkar, Sanjay Mone, Mahesh Patvardhan, and Vansh Agarwal.
The real-life mother-daughter dynamics portrayed in Mylek promise a heartfelt narrative that audiences can relate to. Produced by Kalpita Kharé and Vijay Anand, with Nitin Prakash Vaidya as the associate producer, the film brings together a touching story from the real reels of motherhood and daughterhood.
The bond between a mother and daughter is always special, sometimes filled with friendship and at other times, tested by disagreements. Sometimes, the daughter supports her mother, and at other times, the mother stands steadfast in front of her daughter’s demands. Such unique nuances of relationships are expected to shine in Mylek. The poster itself captures the beautiful chemistry between Sonali Kharé and Sanayaah Anand, giving audiences a glimpse into their relationship dynamics.
Producer Sonali Kharé comments, “The beautiful tale of the mother-daughter bond is depicted in this film. Along with love, there are some tense moments too. Every mother and daughter will find this film relatable. As real-life mother and daughter, we have portrayed this naturally.”
Director Priyanka Tanwar adds, “This subject is very sensitive, especially when girls come of age. At that time, the relationship between a mother and daughter becomes very delicate. Sometimes, they are friends, and sometimes, they face misunderstandings. At such times, it becomes necessary for both to understand each other. Although the subject is delicate, we have tried to handle it in a light-hearted manner. This is a family-oriented film.”
