Independence Brewing Company is excited to announce its latest culinary adventure, the Mango Festival at IBC, where the king of fruits takes center stage in a celebration of flavor and craft brewing mastery.

In this dish, the flavor of the mango brings in the sweetness, while a pinch of paprika balances it out with a tinge of spice. Corn, Avocado and Coriander add their own unique shades to the hummus. This dish is paired best with the Feliz Lemon. A clean sweet Pilsner infused with lemon zest, offering a crisp and refreshing experience.
Crumbed Fried Crab, Kaffir Prawns and Jalapeno, Corn and Mango Salad
The fried crab takes center stage, elevated by a blend of Rocket, Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomato, and Mint, adding depth and freshness to each crispy bite. The flavor of the mango in the salad brings a fresh contrast to the fried crab, balancing textures smoothly. This is best paired Orzya. A refreshing and highly thirst-quenching brew, crafted with fragrant rice to achieve a clean, crisp taste. This light-bodied Larger is well carbonated, offering a delightful drinking experience.

Pork Belly Skewers with Mango
Experience an exquisite fusion of flavors with our Pork Belly Skewers accompanied by the delicious taste of Mango. These skewers are crafted to perfection with a Cherry Tomato, Basil, Teriyaki Glaze infused with a hint of Chilli& Sesame, adding a burst of savory and spicy notes that make them truly stand out. This dish is best paired with Enzo. A delightful fusion of fruity flavors and hoppy aromas, this medium-bodied Larger offers a crisp finish that complements the richness of the pork belly skewers.

Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

Mango Panna Cotta (Vegetarian)
This dessert features a silky-smooth vegetarian panna cotta infused with the refreshing flavor of mango, with basil seeds and charred mango, adding a delightful textural contrast and depth of flavor.
