The Sweet Corn Som Tam salad and Larb Gai consisting of the North-eastern spicy chicken salad raise the bar for the dishes that follow. The appetisers are packed with authentic Thai delicacies such as the Tofu Satay, a crowd favourite made with bean curd consisting of coconut and turmeric marinade served with peanut sauce dip and cucumber. The menu also features other delights such as H&P Highball with Bacardi Rum, Hazelnut, Orange, Passion fruit, Pandan foam, Mango & Chilli Rosemary with Blended Whiskey, Rosemary, Passion fruit Lemon, Mango Chilli Foam, Nara Picante made with Coriander infused Jose reposado, Tamarind, Thai Chili, Roasted peanut tincture and Blueberry And Basil Spritz consisting of Lemon infused Gin, Basil, Blueberry, Sparkling wine.
The drinks menu also includes their brand-new Bubble Tea and a surprise Fruit Blend, that would change on each day of the pop up.
