Flora Saini, who has been a part of movies like Bharat Bhagya Vidhata, Love In Nepal, Dabangg 2, Stree, and Khichdi 2: Mission Paanthukistan, among others, recently appeared in the spiritual podcast The Vedas Speak, a podcast produced by Paparazzi Entertainment and hosted by Dr. Sameer Arora. She praised the concept of the show and said, “I had a great time. It was so refreshing to have a podcast that actually talks about the things that really matter, like how everyone who has seen ups and downs in life and has learned how to cope with them has lessons to teach, and being able to speak on that was so new, and I totally enjoyed it.”
The podcast also deals with topics like spirituality, and she revealed that it has made her more attuned to others’ sadness. She said, “According to me, it is very important as an actor also. If there is a scene where the other person is in deep sorrow, then I must know how to react. Spirituality taught me a lot of things in my challenges. It’s tough to build your house brick by brick after it’s broken down.”
Flora further shared that spirituality has changed her as a person. She said, “Be good to whoever you meet, as everyone is going through something. Even the best of people are going through something.”
She stressed that starting a spiritual journey is not easy. “I think it’s a work in progress. Spirituality takes time, and some are in process, and some are yet to get there. But yes, today’s generation has more to read, more to feel, and more access to information,” she said.
“It’s great because of the time going by these days; we all need a little spiritual advice, and it can change anybody’s life,” Flora added.
