Following the resounding success of the Girnar Elevate Summit 2023, CarDekho Group organized its second edition - Girnar Elevate Summit 2024. This two-day event, held in the 1st week of June at the company headquarters in Jaipur, aimed to empower over 30 companies in which Amit Jain invested, through Shark Tank India and beyond. The summit featured a diverse array of sessions across various domains, reflecting Jain’s deep commitment to personally connecting with and guiding the founders to build Bharat 2.0.
Post-investment, guidance and mentorship play an important role in helping the companies build the blueprint to achieve growth and success. The Girnar Elevate Summit serves as a great forum to empower these companies in deepening their knowledge and refining their strategies to build successful ventures.
The first day of the event kicked off with a variety of sessions to help entrepreneurs master the intricacies of building and scaling businesses. The event commenced with an insightful session by Amit Jain – CEO and Co-Founder, CarDekho Group, on scaling businesses. Jain emphasized the importance of identifying the right opportunities, crafting an effective playbook, and leveraging advanced technology for business growth. Anurag Jain, COO and Co-Founder of CarDekho Group followed with an inspiring session on building a robust and future-ready organization, sharing his entrepreneurial journey.
The day continued further with high-energy sessions, including “The Art of Viral Marketing” by an award-winning viral video marketer, startup financing insights from leaders at Axis Bank, a guide to building an omnichannel D2C brand by the founder and CEO of BlueStone Jewellery, and fundraising strategies shared by leaders from Inflection Point Ventures.
The event aimed to empower brands and help them transform into organizations that leave a legacy in India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Building upon the momentum of Day 1, the second day of the summit delved deeper into the aspects of building an organization at large and included sessions across legal, finance, compliance, and HR. The day started with power-packed sessions including a session on robust finance and compliance functions by the CEO of Makemybooks, a legal framework guide by the founder of Synapse Partners, an HR team-building guide by the Global Network Lead at Regenesis, and insights on finding the right co-founder by the CEO of CoffeeMug.
The event continued with an insightful session on maximizing efficiency in the D2C tech stack by the founders of Minimalist & wrapped up with mantras around hiring the right talent by the co-founder of Crack-ED.
