Then the informer calls again and gives the details about the smugglers’ location and time. This time, the Commissioner and Manohar decide to go with Happu. However, Happu gets a call from his children’s school and tells the Commissioner that he will catch up and reach on time.
The Commissioner and Manohar go to catch the smugglers, but they realize that the informer has double-crossed them and now plans to kidnap the Commissioner. Just when things are about to get worse, Happu arrives late and saves the Commissioner’s life. The Commissioner, pleased with Happu’s bravery, gives him permission to be 30 minutes late and cancels the fines. Happu’s family is happy when they hear the good news.
