In celebration of International Yoga Day, Anannt Oorja Safar, renowned Reiki healer, tarot card reader, and numerologist Ayush Gupta and International Yogini Aarvika Gupta hosted a unique yoga event, Yoga For Women Empowerment along with Sonam Gupta at the luxurious Taj Lands End in Mumbai. The event, held on June 20, was a resounding success, drawing participants from diverse backgrounds and emphasizing the importance of yoga in achieving holistic well-being.
Ayush Gupta, who embarked on his healing journey at the tender age of 10, has since amassed over a decade of experience, healing more than 3,000 individuals globally. His clientele includes Bollywood celebrities, politicians, and people from all walks of life. With numerous world records in healing, Ayush is a celebrated figure in the field, frequently organizing healing sessions for groups such as CISF personnel, schools, jails, colleges, underprivileged communities, and transgender individuals.
“Yoga is not just an exercise; it’s a way of life,” Ayush shared. “Asanas are mainly for flexibility, allowing one to reach the eighth stage of yoga, Samadhi. Yoga helps in achieving physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. It can cure numerous diseases, including blood pressure and cholesterol issues, making it a comprehensive solution for many health problems.”
The event, executed with the assistance of Sonam Gupta, featured a series of yoga sessions led by Aarvika Gupta, a celebrated yoga trainer, actor, and fitness enthusiast. Aarvika, who has over five years of yoga practice and international certification, has conducted sessions worldwide, including in the Middle East. She is the founder of “Anannt Oorja Safar,” a spiritual retreat that blends traditional and modern yoga with meditation for mental, physical, and emotional healing.
“Aarvika Gupta has been my biggest inspiration in yoga,” Ayush remarked. “She has imparted significant knowledge and wisdom to me in this field, and her contributions to the event were invaluable.”
The yoga sessions focused on empowering women through the practice of yoga, highlighting its benefits in enhancing physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional stability. Participants left the event feeling rejuvenated and inspired to incorporate yoga and meditation into their daily lives.
