For the 2026 season, the palace unveils its Sushi Bar—an invitation to discover traditional Japanese cuisine in all its delicacy. Conceived by our sushi masters, this culinary experience showcases meticulously crafted creations made from exceptional ingredients, combining freshness with precision.
Available for both lunch and dinner, this refined interlude can be enjoyed at the Grill as well as at the Eden-Roc Lounge, in an exclusive setting where the Mediterranean stretches as far as the eye can see, for moments that are both elegant and convivial.
The Sushi Bar: A Japanese Interlude by the Water’s Edge
Under the skilled hands of a team of sushi masters, a selection of sushi and sashimi is meticulously prepared to order, subtly enhancing the restaurant’s menu. Located on the Grill’s terrace, the Sushi Bar features a design inspired by the world of yachting, seamlessly extending the atmosphere found at the Grill Eden-Roc.
The refined menu showcases the great classics of Japanese cuisine—nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls—featuring exceptional ingredients such as tuna, salmon, and yellowtail, while a selection of signature creations adds a contemporary touch. Oscietre Classique caviar subtly enhances the offering.
The menu is served throughout the day, from 12noon to 10pm. The Sushi Bar at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is open at the Grill from April 20 to October 18, 2026, daily from 12noon to 10pm.
