During his visit, Bezos sampled a range of signature dishes crafted by Bungalow’s acclaimed culinary team. It included signature dishes like - Tandoori Avocado, Bihari Sattu Roti, Udipi’s Annanas Menaskai, Gujurati Tindora Pickle, Odisha’s Guguni Chaat and Nagaland’s Black Rice Pudding. The menu was created to highlight Bungalow’s dedication to quality, innovation, and the art of hospitality. Each dish featured a mix of ingenuity and taste, showcasing both locally sourced products and flavors influenced by around the world.
