Released theatrically during Diwali, the film became the highest-grossing Kannada movie of 2024, and now the vigilante thriller is set to reach audiences worldwide with its world digital premiere on Disney+ Hotstar this December 25, 2024, streaming in Hindi.
Directed by Dr Suri and written by Prashanth Neel, Bagheera tells the story of Vedanth (Sriimurali), a gold medalist IPS officer who transforms into a vigilante after being disillusioned by the limitations of the justice system. As Vedanth dons the mask of Bagheera, he faces off against a powerful antagonist (Garuda Ram) and a relentless CBI officer (Prakash Raj) in a battle for justice.
