Kanwar Dhillon, who is currently winning hearts with his performance in Udne Ki Aasha, recently shot an intense fight sequence for the ongoing track of the show. The actor shared his experience of filming action scenes in a daily soap format and spoke candidly about the challenges, excitement, and what audiences can expect from his character’s journey ahead.
Talking about the difficulties of performing action sequences while working on a daily show, Kanwar said, “The toughest part of shooting an action sequence is that when you are doing daily soaps your body is not accustomed to sudden moments and you need to be very careful. It can also be prone to injuries so careful you must be.”
Despite the physical demands, Kanwar believes in staying instinctive on set. He added, “I don’t prepare myself for such sequences, I just go with the flow and make it a point to enjoy everything I do be it action scenes, emotional scenes or comedy. I am a very spontaneous actor.”
The actor also revealed that the adrenaline rush from action scenes is something he truly enjoys. “The adrenaline that it brings is something I love because you don’t get to shoot action sequences every day. As an actor, to break the monotony of doing those typical scenes every day, such sequences refresh you and help you explore a different side of you. You get to know your limitations as well. It just goes away like a breeze in telecast, but when you are doing it, it needs a lot of focus and prep,” he shared.
Spilling the beans on what lies ahead in the storyline, Kanwar assured viewers that the coming episodes will be packed with entertainment and emotional depth. “Audience can expect a lot of layers, a lot of exploring in Sachin’s journey in this new year and a lot of comedy. There will be focus towards his business and his dreams of the motor driving school he has opened and thinking of expanding it further. He will be doing a lot for his family and his wife, and building the dream bedroom with his wife which is a long pending dream. A lot of things will unfold in the coming episodes,” he said.
