The latest episode of Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai unfolds with Myra accompanying Mukti to fetch water. Curious about the names written on the buckets, Myra learns from Mukti that each family has designated utensils to avoid confusion if they get misplaced. Eager to help, Myra rushes ahead to fill a bucket, unintentionally upsetting the women waiting in line. Mukti quickly smooths things over, and together they cleverly manage to get their buckets filled.
Elsewhere, Armaan wakes up burdened by worries about his responsibilities, his health, and the challenges surrounding Myra, Mukti, and Rishabh. Abhira reassures him that she is ready to shoulder every responsibility. Their conversation soon turns light-hearted as Abhira teases Armaan about his appearance in track pants, leading to a sweet and romantic exchange between the couple.
Later, Armaan and Abhira join Myra and Mukti in a playful moment. The cheerful atmosphere changes when the children discover that Kaveri has publicly announced her decision to sever ties with Armaan. Shocked, Myra seeks answers from both Armaan and Abhira.
Meanwhile, tensions rise at the Poddar house. Kaveri questions Sanjay about a newspaper report, only to recall Damyanti’s insistence on making Armaan’s disownment public. Damyanti had demanded a guarantee that Armaan and Abhira would never be welcomed back into the family. Sanjay, who was aware of the conversation, ensured the news was published.
The decision sparks disagreement within the family. Manoj, Manisha, Kajal, and Aryan criticize Sanjay’s actions, accusing him of damaging the family’s reputation. However, Sanjay remains convinced that tarnishing Armaan and Abhira’s image serves a larger purpose.
