A lot is happening in the current episodes of Lakshmi Nivas. After Bhavana and Sidhu’s wedding ceremony, preparations begin for Bhavana’s grihapravesh (homecoming ritual) into the Gadepatil household. Bhavana makes a firm decision to enter the house alongside Anandee. However, Renuka stands firmly against her. Sidhu stays true to his promise to Bhavana and supports her wholeheartedly.
Meanwhile, tension brews in the Dalvi household as Santosh criticizes everyone under the guise of budgeting and financial constraints. Lakshmi and Shrinivas face taunts for not contributing financially. Arguments also erupt over room allocations. Gadepatil Aaji (grandmother) publicly insults Bhavana during an event, prompting Sidhu to stand up for her.
Elsewhere, Jayant brings a rabbit for his daughter Janu. But Bhavana continues to feel like she hasn’t been fully accepted by the family. Sidhu becomes her emotional support. Gradually, Bhavana grows closer to him and, to preserve Anandee’s image of her as an ideal person, participates in post-wedding rituals even against her own wishes.
On another note, Venky recognizes Jayant as his childhood friend after spotting a footprint. But Jayant becomes reflective over a crime from his past. Janhavi insists he reveal the truth.
