Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, who is currently seen in the show Laughter Chefs, has just launched the 11th outlet of his famous restaurant Karigari in the heart of the capital at Connaught Place—and it’s already got the town buzzing.
With successful Karigari outlets based in Noida, Faridabad, and Gurgaon, this new CP outlet is the latest feather in Chef Sokhi’s chef hat. The launch, that was held recently, was a grand affair, with none other than Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Shri Pravesh Verma doing the ribbon-cutting honours. This new establishment promises to deliver the same exceptional quality and inventive dishes that patrons have come to expect, all within a setting that celebrates the rich tapestry of Indian culture.
“Opening our 11th Karigari outlet in Connaught Place is not just a milestone; it’s a testament to our commitment to bringing innovative Indian cuisine to more people,” said Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. “We aim to create not just meals, but memorable experiences that resonate with the soul of India.”
Karigari is founded by Yogesh Sharma and Manish Sharma. Their vision, combined with Chef Sokhi’s culinary expertise, has propelled Karigari to the forefront of India’s dining scene. The new outlet has some quirky, mouth-watering additions such as Flying Burgers (sealed burgers), Bun Kulfi, and the classic Kulfi Faluda. These additions reflect the brand’s dedication to reimagining traditional Indian fare with a modern twist.
