It wouldn’t be wrong to say Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli’s Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! is the portrait of comedy in the Indian TV industry. The show, which is produced under the Edit II banner, has completed nine years on-air, and is looking forward to completing another nine and beyond.
The show features Aasif Sheikh, Rohitashv Gour, Vidisha Srivastava, and Shubhangi Atre in lead roles and airs on &TV.
Here’s what’s going to happen in the show starting Monday (July 1st) to Friday (July 5th)
Amma tells Angoori about a ritual that involves telling a strange man “I love you” in the open. Angoori decides to approach Vibhuti, who gets excited at the idea. Meanwhile, Tiwari overhears Anita saying she likes wet men, so to impress her, he becomes the subject of Saxena’s painting, posing as a wet man. Whenever Anita passes by, she praises Tiwari.
Vibhuti, while exercising, faints upon seeing marks on his uncle’s back. When the doctor checks, Vibhuti explains that his uncle was once struck by lightning while using a tree as a toilet, which traumatized Vibhuti. Angoori calls Vibhuti out to say “I love you” in the open, but every time she starts, it rains, reminding Vibhuti of the lightning incident, causing him to run away and hide, shivering on the sofa. This happens several times.
Anita consults a psychologist, who advises reenacting the incident but showing the uncle as healthy and unaffected by lightning. Anita does this, and Vibhuti overcomes his fear. He then rushes to Angoori to say “I love you,” but just then, Amma calls, instructing Angoori to say “I love you, brother.”
Meanwhile, Tiwari becomes very sick from being in the rain and ends up in the hospital. Anita visits him and scolds him for getting wet. Tiwari explains that he did it because he heard her saying she liked wet men. Anita clarifies that it was a dialogue from a novel.
