Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is set to bring an emotional twist as Maira and Kabeer continue to struggle with their separation, even as their actions reveal that they still care deeply for each other. While both attempt to move on, their unresolved feelings and the guilt surrounding their relationship continue to affect those around them.
Kabeer tries to comfort a heartbroken Tanya by bringing her ice cream and using humour to lift her spirits. However, the moment he mentions Maira, his own pain resurfaces. Despite trying to hide his grief behind a cheerful exterior, Kabeer finds it difficult to conceal his emotions. Tanya notices his struggle but feels helpless, knowing that he is still hurting over Maira.
Meanwhile, Maira watches Tanya struggle with the wedding preparations and break down over her family. Seeing Tanya face the situation alone leaves Maira feeling helpless, as she wishes she could ease her pain. However, Armaan chooses to leave, leaving Maira shocked and heartbroken as she watches Tanya continue to struggle.
Maira and Kabeer soon have another painful encounter, during which their longing and guilt become difficult to ignore. However, when Maira calls Kabeer a stranger, the distance between them becomes even more apparent. A flower seller’s words make them pause and wonder whether their broken relationship can still be repaired.
Elsewhere, Armaan tries to cheer Maira up by bringing back memories from her childhood. But fate brings Maira and Kabeer close once again during a visit to the park. Although they do not openly acknowledge their feelings, their concern for each other becomes evident when they secretly exchange medicines and a steamer. The two narrowly manage to avoid Armaan noticing their actions.
With Maira and Kabeer continuing to care for each other despite their attempts to move on, the upcoming track promises more emotional moments. Will they finally put aside their hurt and give their relationship another chance, or will their fear and misunderstandings keep them apart?
