Megha Sharma, who was last seen in Pandya Store, believes that when one is doing what they love and following their passion, there shouldn’t be any complaints. Speaking in reference to the format of a daily soap, she said, “I don’t understand why some actors constantly complain about the format of daily soaps. Everyone entering this industry knows how it operates, so there’s no point in complaining. If you love what you do, you should do it wholeheartedly without complaints.”
“I believe that to gain something, you have to make sacrifices. So, in my opinion, actors complaining about the format of daily soaps are unfounded,” she added.
But what about actors who don’t like to be labeled as TV actors? She said, “Television has shaped me into who I am today and has provided everything I’ve wanted. I want to proudly declare that I am a TV actor, and I believe all TV actors should feel the same pride. Whatever work you’re doing today, it’s because of TV. You’ve learned from TV and reached where you are today, so always proudly declare, ‘Yes, I am a TV actor.’”
For Megha, the best part about working on television is that everyone on the set becomes like family. “You get to interact with different personalities and form strong bonds with your co-actors. You learn a lot from them every day, experiencing new things and gaining valuable insights. Another thing I love about being a part of the television industry is that fans recognize you for your characters. It lets us know that we’re doing good work and that people appreciate us, which is something I really love.”
