Following the historic establishment of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, audiences and devotees will now experience the divine splendor of Ram Lalla’s idol on the silver screen through the Marathi film Mission Ayodhya. The film presents breathtaking visuals of the radiant idol, its serene smile, and compassionate eyes that promise to touch the core of every viewer’s faith.
Directed by Sameer Ramesh Surve and produced by Krishna Dadarao Shinde and Yogita Krishna Shinde under the banner of RK Yogini Films Production Pvt. Ltd., Mission Ayodhya becomes the first Indian film to be shot in Ayodhya after the inauguration of the temple. Set to release on January 23, 2025, coinciding with the first anniversary of the temple’s establishment, the film is a cinematic tribute to the ideals of Lord Ram.
