With its beginnings in 2004, by mother-son duo Bunty and Suchit Mahajan, Deliciae marks its 20th anniversary this year. With a prestigious clientele that includes Nita Ambani, Nysa & Tanya Godrej, Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Rohit Sharma and many more, they have gained customer trust for providing the best quality cakes & desserts in Mumbai. Deliciae’s signature cakes & desserts include the Biscoff Cheesecake, Belgian Chocolate Cake, Almond Nougat Cake, Tiramisu Gateau, Tres Leches, and a wide collection of seasonal fresh fruit cakes including Strawberries, Fresh Alphonso Mangoes and Fresh Raspberries & Mixed Berries. In this season from August to November, Deliciae will focus on a Fresh Raspberry & Mixed Berry Collection of cakes and desserts.
The year round bestsellers include the Biscoff Cheesecake, Tres Leches, Tiramisu, Mango Gateau loaded with fresh Alphonso slices, Rich Chocolate Strawberry, Fresh Raspberry Gateau, The Mixed Berry Tres Leches, and the decadent Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake featuring 54% dark Belgian chocolate.

Year round, you will see Deliciae innovate with the menu, introduce new cakes & desserts, to ensure that the customer always has new products to choose from.

The newly launched dessert store also features a bespoke coffee program, showcasing the Deliciae Blend - a meticulously crafted combination of 80% Washed Arabica and 20% Washed Robusta beans, sourced from the BR Hills and Sakleshpur regions. This blend offers a creamy texture with rich notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel, providing a well-balanced and smooth cup of coffee. Popular menu items include the bold Cappuccino and Americano, with the Mocha gaining traction for its balanced flavor.
The store’s coffee experience is further elevated by the use of the La Marzocco Linea Mini, a state-of-the-art espresso machine equipped with advanced features like pressure control & a timer to ensure every cup is brewed to perfection.The coffee menu features a variety of classic brews, including espresso, cortado, Americano, macchiato, cappuccino,latte, and mocha. The brand also offers oat milk as a non-dairy alternative for both hot and iced beverages.The cappuccino and Americano have consistently been the top sellers, garnering positive feedback for their bold flavor profiles. The mocha, a recent favorite, has been praised for its well-balanced taste that isn’t overly sweet.

The new outlet spread over 620 sq ft. in Indiranagar creates a warm, inviting ambience and features an open bar design sprinkled with soft, ambient lighting. With a seating space for 20-25 people, it also has comfortable community tables to bond over relishing the flavourful offerings. The idea is to start with one signature outlet and then open multiple kitchens across the city in the near future. Deliciae’s 2200 sq ft central kitchen is attached to the flagship store. It is segregated into the Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Custom cakes section, Packing & dispatch, Cold storage and stores.
It will service the flagship store for real time orders of fresh cakes and desserts, dispatch Swiggy & Zomato orders, and also service Deliciae cloud kitchens going forward. Apart from this, it is also set up for custom & wedding cakes. The hygiene is of the highest standards, and this kitchen has a capacity to take on up to 1500 orders per day.
