The National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) is excited to present Los-Angeles based singer and trumpeter, Ilya Serov, who will perform – ‘A Romantic Rhapsody’ on the evening of February 14 at the NCPA’s Tata Theatre. An ode to love on Valentines Day, audience can expect to witness a fusion of international musical genres that will connect multiple generations jazz music.
After being named Best New Artist at the Hollywood International Entertainment Awards in 2014, Ilya Serov has since consistently performed in music festivals across the world over the last decade. Reining in on his speciality, he will blend different musical genres – mixing his expertise in Jazz with Soul, RnB, and Latin music. Celebrating love on this special day, the show will feature a mixture of both his original music as well as renditions of classic love songs. His smooth trumpet sounds and velvety vocals are sure to set the mood for a perfect romantic evening.
