Offering a diverse range of designs, Padmasitaa features traditional Indian and Indo-western styles, including capes, sarees, tunics, anarkalis, skirts, lehengas, and crop tops. Each garment is meticulously handcrafted, showcasing intricate vintage embroidery, a skill that only a few artisans master.
“We believe in the power of handcrafted artistry to tell stories and preserve our heritage,” says Padmini Kolhapure. Our mission is to keep these traditional techniques alive and relevant for modern fashion.”
Sita Talwalkar adds, “Every piece from Padmasitaa is a testament to the dedication and skill of Indian artisans. By supporting these crafts, we are not just creating beautiful garments but also sustaining a vital part of our cultural legacy.”
Padmasitaa also caters to international markets, offering designs tailored for the UAE, such as Jalabiyas and Farashas. This international outreach underscores the brand’s commitment to sharing India’s artistic traditions with a global audience.
