Parth Shah, who, along with Prateek Sharma, is producing shows like Pukaar: Dil Se Dil Tak, Pyar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, and Rabb Se Hai Dua, under their banner, Studio LSD, credits his team for the smooth functioning of four shows. Though he agrees that it is a tasking job, he shared that they have established a system for efficient management.
“Managing four shows simultaneously is undoubtedly a challenging task, but it’s made possible by the strength of our incredible team. Each member plays a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. We have established systems and protocols that allow for efficient management, even under the pressure of multiple ongoing projects. From writers and directors to production assistants and crew, everyone contributes to the seamless execution of our shows,” he said.
“Moreover, having top-tier talent like Arjun Bijlani, Shabir Ahluwalia, and Dheeraj Dhoopar on board significantly enhances our ability to deliver high-quality content. Their professionalism and commitment inspire the entire team to perform at their best. With a well-coordinated team and a strong support system, we manage to keep all the plates spinning, ensuring each show receives the attention and care it deserves,” he added.
Talking about the response for their latest show, Pukaar, he said, “The response has been positive, and people are really enjoying the show. Pukaar is performing well, receiving great reviews and high viewer engagement. The audience’s appreciation and support are truly encouraging, and it motivates us to continue delivering quality content.”
He also commended Prateek Sharma and said that he has a unique energy. “Managing four shows simultaneously, he is fully engaged all the time. He knows every bit of what is happening with regards to the content, and nothing proceeds without him reviewing the episodes,” he said.
“His energy is different, and he knows everything about all the shows. He has an eye for detail, and nothing escapes his notice. His zest for work can’t be matched,” he added.
Parth also mentioned that the casting process of their shows has been the subject of much discussion and praise, and for good reason. He said, “Our team, led by Prateek Bhai, has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for talent, carefully selecting actors who perfectly embody the characters and storylines. That is our USP, and from the very first episodes, we have never compromised on quality in any of the shows we have made.”
“Casting is looked into by Prateek Bhai, keeping characters and story in mind. Whether it’s junior artists, background artists, or character artists, we get their pictures first, and once the creative producer approves, we proceed,” he shared.
