Renowned crystal and sound healer, chakra healer, and angel card reader Pooja Seth began the auspicious period of Shraddh on September 7 with a deeply spiritual gathering. In a unique session, she guided a group of 30 participants in Jammu through a sound bath—an immersive healing experience that uses sound vibrations to restore balance and release energy blockages. Explaining the essence of sound healing, Pooja shared, “Sound helps our mind, body, and soul to relax while opening up the blocks that often weigh us down. When we meditate collectively, the energy multiplies. And if this is done during an eclipse, the results are even more powerful. The fal (outcome) of such practices during cosmic alignments is extraordinary, as it paves the way for transformation and new beginnings.” She emphasized the importance of combining sound with meditation, chanting, and breathwork, particularly during phases of cosmic significance such as eclipses and Pitra Paksh. According to her, these practices help individuals navigate shifts in energy, overcome inner struggles, and align themselves with higher consciousness. Pooja further highlighted that Shraddh and Pitra Paksh are periods not only of remembrance and paying respects to ancestors but also of inner healing and renewal. Engaging in meditation and sound therapy during these times can bring peace, release karmic patterns, and open pathways for spiritual growth. As part of her ongoing mission to spread holistic wellness, Pooja Seth will be conducting a sound meditation session in Amritsar on September 18, coinciding with the peak of Pitra Paksh. This gathering, she believes, will be a powerful opportunity for participants to experience deep connection, ancestral blessings, and personal transformation. Known for blending ancient wisdom with modern spiritual practices, Pooja Seth has touched many lives with her healing work. Through crystals, sound, chakra balancing, and angel card readings, she continues to guide seekers on their journey towards peace, clarity, and a more harmonious existence.
