The actor in the titular role in Thanks Mom, says, “The script was subtle on a topic which needs awareness in our society. Love is a basic feeling present in every living being and emotions simply have no barrier. This film is about the acceptance of one of such emotions which faces such hardship in our culture."

About Sharad Malhotra Pravina tells us, “Getting along with Sharad was instant due to his pleasant demeanour. She explains, “The mother-son chemistry is different and little layered. I liked this nuanced variation.” Palash Dutta, the actor, Director Manik Talwar, and writer and producer Aakansha Puri, all took very good care of me and made the set vibrant reducing the work load which is more in short films due to the time constraint. Palash also made jhaalmudi,my favourite, for everyone. Though hectic it was fun to do the film.”
