Paris is getting ready for another major fashion moment, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be right at the centre of it. The global icon is set to present the prestigious Karl Lagerfeld Prize at this year’s LVMH Prize ceremony, joining Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence and Thai actress Urassaya ‘Yaya’ Sperbund on the presenter line-up.
Dior ambassadors Jennifer Lawrence and Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be joined by Urassaya “Yaya” Sperbund, who is a face of Louis Vuitton, at the event due to be held at the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
The ceremony celebrates the next generation of fashion talent, with nine emerging designers competing for three coveted prizes.
Priyanka will present the Karl Lagerfeld Prize, which comes with a €200,000 grant and a year of mentorship covering everything from sustainability and communication to marketing, manufacturing and financial management. Jennifer Lawrence will present the €400,000 Grand Prize, while Urassaya ‘Yaya’ Sperbund will present the Savoir Faire Prize.
The moment also adds another major highlight to Priyanka’s ever-expanding global fashion calendar. As a Dior ambassador and a defining force on the international fashion circuit, Priyanka has become synonymous with fashion’s biggest stages, from haute couture front rows in Paris to major luxury moments around the world. Her appearances routinely become global talking points, making her presence at the LVMH Prize a natural extension of her influence across fashion, luxury and pop culture.
This year’s finalists include Julie Kegels, Petra Fagerström, De Pino, Ponte, The Vxlley, Institution, Lii, Colleen Allen and Yoshita 1967. The winner will be selected by an influential jury featuring leading names from the global fashion industry, including Celine’s Michael Rider, Loewe’s Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, Pucci’s Camille Miceli and Louis Vuitton and LVMH Fashion Group chairman and CEO Pietro Beccari.
With Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Jennifer Lawrence and Urassaya ‘Yaya’ Sperbund leading the presenter line-up, the LVMH Prize ceremony promises a star-studded Paris evening that puts fashion’s future firmly in the spotlight.
