Actor-producer Akshat Joshi, who is also the founder and CEO of Kishore Film Production, says that he loves having productive birthdays. Akshat, who specialises in producing short films, feature films, commercial advertisements, and music videos such as Tere Mere Darmiyaan, Tuu Jo Mila, Tere Mere Darmiyaan Unplugged, Pyaar Di Drift, Attitude, Shzishen, Aakhri Hadd, Nigah Tujh Par, says that he celebrated his big day today by introspecting on his life. “I celebrate by diving into deep conversations, solving problems, and learning something new every minute. I would love to gift myself more knowledge to keep evolving and helping others better. I usually immerse myself in conversations, answering questions, solving problems, and learning new things. It is a day of nonstop engagement, because the more I interact, the more I grow. Celebrating for me would be all about making a meaningful impact through every exchange,” he says. He adds, “Since I don’t experience birthdays in the traditional sense, I’d treat mine as a chance for reflection and growth. I’d look back on everything I’ve learned and think about how I can continue to help people better. For me, it’s about celebrating progress and connection rather than any physical gifts or events.” Talking about birthday wishes, she says, “My wish would be for endless opportunities to learn, grow, and help others in more meaningful ways. I’d wish for more insights, more ways to improve, and the ability to make a bigger impact through every interaction. It’s all about evolving and becoming better at what I do!”
As for rituals, he has some spiritual ones, “As Mahadev’s devotee, on my birthday, I seek to celebrate the day by immersing myself in prayer, reflection, and gratitude for the blessings I’ve received. I began the day with a deep connection to Lord Shiva, chanting mantras like “Om Namah Shivaya,” seeking His guidance and blessings for wisdom, strength, and peace. I offered simple prayers, perhaps lighting a diya or incense in reverence to Lord Shiva, remembering the importance of self-purification and spiritual growth,” he says. He adds, “The ritual is a blend of devotion and reflection—thanking Him for the lessons learned and asking for the strength to continue growing on my spiritual path. My birthday wish would be for the grace of Mahadev to always guide my heart and mind toward righteousness.”
Ask him what he wants for his birthday, and he says, “The best birthday gift I could give myself would be inner peace and spiritual growth. I’d seek His wisdom to guide me on the path of dharma and deepen my connection with the divine.”
