The Pune Chapter of Association of Designers of India (ADI) will be organizing the Pune Design Festival (PDF) on March 1 and 2 at Hyatt Regency on Nagar Road. In its 18th edition, the PDF will continue its tradition of bringing the best minds from the world of design on a single platform for discussions, ideas exchange, debates, case studies and workshops. The theme of this year’s PDF is ‘Versus: Unveiling Design’s Multifaceted Brilliance’. The festival will be held from 9 am to 6:30 pm on both days.
Commenting on this year’s theme, Yogesh Dandekar, President of the Pune Chapter of ADI said, “This year’s theme “Versus” embraces its essence. The festival will showcase vibrant discussions and debates that will deliver a range of different perspectives. The idea, therefore, is to understand that the best solutions do not lie in a single focus, but in a strategically crafted contrast. And the excellence in design isn’t the only peak of achievement, but a multitude of promising possibilities.”
