Today’s episode of Oh Humnava Tum Dena Saath Mera, opens up with Rakshit feeling delighted after looking at the baby’s scan report. He affectionately calls the baby ‘Puchku’. When Malti asks him about the name, Rakshit explains that Puchku is the baby’s working title. Aparajita reminds everyone that they need to begin the Karwa Chauth preparations and invites the family to join the puja. Meanwhile, Rakshit receives a message from Sudha and discovers that she has left.
Sudha, meanwhile, is upset and begins breaking things in her room. Sheela rushes to stop her and asks what is troubling her. Sudha reveals that Aparajita had been pregnant earlier but suffered a miscarriage. She expresses her concern that the past could put this pregnancy at risk as well. Sheela believes Aparajita’s past has become a source of conflict in their lives. Sudha then tells her about overhearing Rakshit and Aparajita’s conversation. However, Sheela admits that she is unable to understand what Rakshit was trying to convey.
Aparajita later approaches Sudha and apologises for keeping the truth from her. Sudha embraces her and admits that she was initially hurt when she learned about everything. However, she understands that Aparajita’s past cannot be changed and asks her to concentrate on the present instead. She encourages Aparajita to look after herself and the baby. Rakshit assures his mother that she need not worry, while Sudha asks Aparajita not to cry. Aparajita is touched by Sudha’s understanding and thanks her.
Meanwhile, Sheela makes elaborate arrangements for Karwa Chauth, hoping to impress Mohit’s future in-laws. She worries that Sudha should not have invited Aparajita’s family. Mohit arrives and tells Sheela that he wants to discuss something important. Sheela assumes he wants to talk about his future wife and asks what he would like to gift her. However, Mohit brings up Raveena instead. Sheela immediately gets annoyed and makes it clear that she does not want to hear her name.
Rakshit soon learns from Sheela that Mohit has mentioned Raveena again. He questions Mohit’s intentions and asks why he wants to disturb everyone’s happiness. Rakshit advises him to forget the past and move forward. Aparajita, however, requests Rakshit to at least hear Mohit out. Rakshit firmly warns her against bringing up Raveena’s name in front of him or inside their house.
Later, Aparajita is lost in thought, wondering why nobody is willing to acknowledge Raveena. Rakshit arrives with a bowl of soup and tells her that he will also observe the fast the following day. Aparajita worries that he will not be able to remain hungry and might fall ill. She insists that she will fast instead. Rakshit reassures her that he is perfectly capable of doing it. Sudha joins them and announces that Rakshit will keep the fast while Aparajita can participate in the other rituals. She then leaves them alone.
Rakshit once again looks at the baby’s scan and playfully teases Aparajita for being unable to identify Puchku in the picture. Sudha, meanwhile, silently resolves to ensure that nothing ever harms Rakshit’s baby.The following morning, Arvind remarks that Sudha is fortunate to receive two Bayans this year. Sheela jokingly says that she will have to wait until next year for hers. Sudha asks Aradhya to give one of the Bayans to Sheela before accepting a Bayan from Aparajita. She also presents Aparajita with a gift.
As the family gets together, Rakshit suggests having food before it is time for him to begin his fast. He enthusiastically starts eating, calling Aparajita the perfect wife. However, Aparajita remains worried, wondering how Rakshit will react when he eventually discovers the truth she has been keeping from him.
