Reeva Chaudhary: Playing a homosexual character was challenging

Reeva Chaudhary, who plays a homesexual character in Santosh Gupta’s Honey Trap Squad 2, says that initially it was uncomfortable to do intimate scenes. However, she adds that she has done her best.

“To be honest, I don’t relate. It was a homosexual character and quite challenging for me. I have a lot of friends, who are homosexual, and I used their character to build my character. I had a lovely co-star Ramnitu Chaudhary. This was the first time that we were working together. There were love-making scenes and though we got uncomfortable, we tried to do our best. It was really nice working with her,” she says.

Talking about working with producer Santosh Gupta  and Made in India Pictures, she says, “I have huge respect for Santosh Gupta as he gave me a chance to work in HTS 2 and I was sure that he would offer me a role that would enhance my career. I will be really grateful for him forever.”

Ask her the kind of work she wants to take up in the future, and she says, “Since I have played a homosexual character, I have been getting similar offers. But I don’t want to do the same role again.”
