Rohed Khan made an impressive big screen debut last year opposite Kangana Ranaut in Tejas. And seems like the actor is all set for another massive outing on the 70 mm. Turns out, Rohed is playing the villain opposite Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the big-budgeted actioner Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
A source close to the development reveals, “The makers of BMCM were really impressed with Rohed’s performance in Tejas. And as it turns out, the young actor had met Ali Abbas Zafar once during the shoot of Tiger Zinda Hai. At that time, he had manifested working under Ali’s direction and he got that chance with BMCM. Rohed’s role is going to leave a lasting impact on the audience and his action prowess will surprise the audience in the film. The intensity with which he faces off Akshay and Tiger will be one of the USPs of the film.” More details of Rohed’s part haven’t been divulged yet, but it will reportedly be one of the most terrifying villains in Hindi films.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, and with Akshay and Tiger, the film also features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonkashi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F. The film is slated to release on Eid in April. As for Rohed, the actor has Ali’s other production venture Detective Sherdil in his kitty. He is also reportedly a part of Ibrahim Ali Khan’s debut film, Sarzameen.
