Rohitashv Gour, who plays Manmohan Tiwari in Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli’s popular TV show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, recently opened up about his post-Diwali detox routine. The actor believes in enjoying festive treats without any guilt and focuses on returning to healthy habits once the celebrations are over.
Talking about his routine, Rohitashv shared, “Diwali is full of delicious sweets and snacks, and I love enjoying them without feeling bad. But once the festival ends, I make it a priority to get back on track with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. I start by drinking more water to flush out the toxins and stay hydrated. I also include green juices and herbal teas in my routine, which help refresh my body and mind.”
He further explained, “I switch to lighter, home-cooked meals that include fresh vegetables, proteins, and whole grains to nourish my body. Exercise is also very important for me after Diwali. I slowly get back into my workout routine, which helps me feel active and healthy again. For me, Diwali is a time to celebrate and enjoy with family and friends, but the post-festival season is just as important. It’s a chance to reconnect with my health goals and feel my best.”
