In the show Saatvya Mulichi Saatvi Mulgi, Netra kills Virochaka and starts a new chapter in her life with her twin daughters. However, she begins to notice that the twins have opposite personalities. While Isha embraces things related to the divine, Reema, on the other hand, dislikes anything associated with gods.
Meanwhile, a significant event occurs in Kolkata. During an excavation, an inscription of a demon named Shatagreeva is discovered. As soon as the inscription is read, a power is awakened and begins traveling towards West Bengal. This power takes the form of a worm and enters the ear of a doctor named Dr Maithili Sengupta. Maithili’s behavior starts to change, and eventually, the power within her manifests as Shatagreeva, bringing a new demon to life. The once simple and gentle Maithili Sengupta transforms into Shatagreeva and, after killing her mother-in-law, sets off towards Maharashtra.
