Choreographer director Saurabh Prajapati has been doing some unique work with many good actors and singers in the industry. Case in point being his great collaboration with popular singer Monali Thakur. The duo has worked on songs like Haalo Haalo, Aamar Dugga to name a few. Saurabh has also choreographed Monali’s live shows.
Sharing more on their professional bonding, Saurabh says,”It has been a fantastic collaboration with Monali as I have directed her in three songs so far. Now we both are very excited about shooting our next in a few days. I have directed and choreographed her song Haalo Haalo where you will see her dancing for the very first time in her music video. So it is special for that reason. We have also gone to a dance reality show to promote our song “India’s best dancer”. We received a lot of love from everyone. I have also directed her popular Durga Puja Bengali song Aamaar Dugga. Third song that I have directed for her is a very beautiful romantic song which is very close to her heart called EK Baar Phir. Next one I’m directing and choreographing for her is a big surprise for everyone. It will be something which will be new for Monali’s fans as well. I’m sure everyone will love this song and her performance in it.”
Right now Saurabh can’t reveal anything else on the song, preparation and planning is going on and they will be shooting soon.
Saurabh also shares how his collaboration with Monali added value to his career. He adds, “When two dedicated, hard working artists come together for anything the output has to be good. When I work with a singer for a music video it is always a creative collaboration which works at the end. Apart from the work front Monali and I have bonded very well and always exchanged creative tips. Now I can’t wait to show the magic to the world through our next song.”
