Sayantani Ghosh is currently seen as Vindhya Devi in Ravindra Gautam and Raghuvir Shekhawat’s Dahej Daasi, which is produced under their banner Do Dooni 4 Films. The show is completing 50 episodes, and the actress is quite happy about this mini-milestone.
She said, “It obviously feels very nice, and it’s a happy feeling that we are completing it. It’s a mini-milestone, and like they said, ‘it’s every drop that finally makes the ocean,’ so this is just the beginning of many more celebrations to come.”
The show is number one on Nazara TV, and the actor is looking forward to the show maintaining the position. She said, “We are hopeful for an even longer journey here on, and we are only hoping and praying, and we are geared up to put in that amount of hard work to kind of convert these 50 into more zeros and make it 500, so on and so forth.”
“But for now, I think there are going to be mini celebrations on sets. I’m sure we’ll do something together, the entire unit,” she added. Sayantani also says that looking at the current time, where the shelf life of a show is not guaranteed, Dahej Daasi has managed to not only please the network but also woo the audience.
“In the case of Dahej Daasi, I think the network is very happy; the audience has liked our show, hence the number; hence, we’ve already been number one since the time we launched. The producers are great, and the unit is so happy. So it kind of inspires us to do even more to keep the hard work going, and we look forward to, like I said, an even more fulfilling journey from here on. So, yeah, we are super happy, and like I said, we can’t wait for these 50 episodes to translate into 500 and many more episodes from here on.”
